Manny started his career with Kratt Commercial Properties in 2004 as a retail centric leasing agent. His responsibilities included complex lease negations of Class A and B retail projects to include tenant retention negotiations with a focus on increasing the asset value of his clients. During his tenure, he has expanded his expertise to include representing clients in the sale and purchase of investment properties, sale of land and pad sites and development consulting. Manny is currently involved in two major Urban Renewal projects in Colorado Springs by providing development guidance, leasing and pad site sales.
Prior to joining Kratt Commercial Properties, Manny was in the corporate world for over 20 years with his last assignment as one of the sales managers for one of the largest, privately held office technology |
companies in the US. During that time, he was responsible for a division which generated $125 million per year in sales, started several new divisions from the ground up and achieved national recognition as one of the top producers in the country.
