Kevin Kratt is president and founder of Kratt Commercial Properties. Since entering the Colorado real estate market in 1985, Kevin has dedicated his career exclusively to the development and full-service brokerage of retail shopping centers.
For over 34 years, Kevin has looked out for the interests of major shopping centers owned throughout Colorado, and has been a true landlord's representative. In the beginning, Kevin assisted clients in redevelopment and/or final phase development of existing shopping centers. Now, Kratt and his team's specialties have expanded to include development projects that encompass all phases from the ground up. |
Kevin's brokerage and development expertise has led to the creation of numerous prestigious shopping centers. He has been instrumental in developing nearly 3 million square feet of retail space, including University Village Colorado Shopping Center, Broadmoor Towne Center, Cheyenne Mountain Center, The Shops at Falcon Landing and Academy Shops (both located on North Academy Blvd). He recently developed the City of Colorado Spring's first Urban Renewal retail project involving Tax Increment Financing (University Village Colorado Shopping Center, anchored by Costco and Lowe's Home Improvement Center across from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Campus at Interstate 25 and North Nevada Avenue).
